We work primarily, though not exclusively, with organizations who sell big-ticket items — automobiles, watercraft, high-end furniture, among others — and generally B2C.
These markets are both challenging and rewarding to work within. They are challenging because consumers require a higher level of engagement before a purchase is made, and rewarding because organizations in these markets tend to know more about their customers than in other markets — and where segmentation is concerned, more information equals a greater opportunity for profiling (understanding) your customer base.
